4.1. The service provider's online store is obliged to immediately confirm the Customer's order in electronic form. If the confirmation, after placing the order, is not received within the expected time, but not later than within 48 hours, depending on the nature of the service, the Customer is released from the obligation to submit an offer or contract.
4.2. The order and confirmation are deemed to have been received by the Service Provider and the Customer when they become available to them. The above regulations differ from the mutual consent of the Parties.
4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject the contract in duly justified cases or to cancel it temporarily or definitively in the following cases:
• in the case of incorrect or missing data;
• in the event of a breach of the GTC or improper use of the personal data of the Service Provider, copyright holders and / or other users and improper use of the Service system or Products;
• if the maximum order amount is exceeded. The maximum amount to be ordered is specified on the product card by the Service Provider.
4.4. The deadline for implementation in Europe is 14 business days, in the case of international delivery, the deadline is calculated on the basis of an individual written agreement.
4.5. The delivery date and the delivery fee given on the website are indicative. Final price and time deliveries of ordered products may vary depending on the country of destination. Therefore, in the case of foreign delivery, the Service Provider will always contact the Customer regarding the exact delivery fee and dates.
4.6. If the Service Provider fails to meet its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, the Service Provider is obliged to immediately inform the Customer and immediately refund the amount paid by the Customer, but no later than within 3 business days. The service provider is not relieved of other consequences of breach of contract by fulfilling its obligations.
4.7. The Service Provider delivers the ordered products via courier services, its own courier (hereinafter referred to as the Courier), the Service Provider will inform the Customer about the expected delivery date not earlier than 2 working days before delivery. The order is considered completed when the Customer receives the delivery or the product is received by an authorized person with written consent. The risk of damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
4.8. The customer is obliged to check that the delivered product is undamaged, check the number of products delivered, the weight of the product and sign the acknowledgment of receipt (if applicable) upon delivery.
