Basic regulations

1.1 The website is about Black Solid Fly insects, other insect products, live insects and insect breeding products. The range of products we supply can constantly change and expand.

1.2 The customer has the right to purchase in the online store, provided that (hereinafter referred to as the customer or consumer) accepts the General Terms and Conditions

1.3 The Service Provider has the right to change the provisions of the GTC, the scope of the products marketed, the purchase price, delivery dates, etc. The changes come into force after being published on the website. The changes do not apply to existing contracts (confirmed orders).

1.4 In the case of online purchases, in accordance with the GTC, the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer is concluded after the order is confirmed. The contract is not considered a written contract, it is the result of an electronic legal statement. The service provider registers the contract according to its number. The date of purchase coincides with the date of receipt of the confirmation.

1.5 The Service Provider reserves all rights to the website, online store, any part of the website and its content, as well as to the distribution of the website. It is forbidden to download, electronically store, process and sell any content or any part of the website without the written consent of the Service Provider.

The range of products and services provided

2.1. Purchase in the online store takes place only via the website by electronic means. An order placed by phone, e-mail or fax does not constitute a valid order. The service provider is not obliged to fulfill these orders. Product prices listed in the online store are net prices. The service provider reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.

2.2. The service provider provides detailed information on the name, size, price, product description and displays the product image. Images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the actual images, in some cases illustrations are provided.

Payment options

3.1. You can choose one of the following payment options in our online store:

You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the bank details for the transfer. The message attached to the transfer must contain certain order data (the following data is required to complete the order):

The transfer is processed within 3 business days. Delivery will only take place after payment of the amount paid and processing of the payment. If the name and surname of the person making the transfer differs from the Customer's surname, this additional information should be indicated in the message box, in addition to the order number. If the total amount of the order is not received in our bank account within 3 working days, the order will be automatically deleted in our system. Products are only delivered after the payment transaction is completed.

Processing and execution of orders

4.1. The service provider's online store is obliged to immediately confirm the Customer's order in electronic form. If the confirmation, after placing the order, is not received within the expected time, but not later than within 48 hours, depending on the nature of the service, the Customer is released from the obligation to submit an offer or contract.

4.2. The order and confirmation are deemed to have been received by the Service Provider and the Customer when they become available to them. The above regulations differ from the mutual consent of the Parties.

4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject the contract in duly justified cases or to cancel it temporarily or definitively in the following cases:

• in the case of incorrect or missing data;

• in the event of a breach of the GTC or improper use of the personal data of the Service Provider, copyright holders and / or other users and improper use of the Service system or Products;

• if the maximum order amount is exceeded. The maximum amount to be ordered is specified on the product card by the Service Provider.

4.4. The deadline for implementation in Europe is 14 business days, in the case of international delivery, the deadline is calculated on the basis of an individual written agreement.

4.5. The delivery date and the delivery fee given on the website are indicative. Final price and time deliveries of ordered products may vary depending on the country of destination. Therefore, in the case of foreign delivery, the Service Provider will always contact the Customer regarding the exact delivery fee and dates.

4.6. If the Service Provider fails to meet its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, the Service Provider is obliged to immediately inform the Customer and immediately refund the amount paid by the Customer, but no later than within 3 business days. The service provider is not relieved of other consequences of breach of contract by fulfilling its obligations.

4.7. The Service Provider delivers the ordered products via courier services, its own courier (hereinafter referred to as the Courier), the Service Provider will inform the Customer about the expected delivery date not earlier than 2 working days before delivery. The order is considered completed when the Customer receives the delivery or the product is received by an authorized person with written consent. The risk of damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

4.8. The customer is obliged to check that the delivered product is undamaged, check the number of products delivered, the weight of the product and sign the acknowledgment of receipt (if applicable) upon delivery.

5.1 The Service Provider's right to withdraw from the contract

Stock data is updated daily, although there may be occasions when the system accepts an order, but the product is unavailable or cannot be purchased on that day. The service provider will inform the customer about such a case. The Service Provider has the right to withdraw the order if the indicated product price is incorrect and the Customer finishes the order based on the incorrect amount. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Service Provider will immediately contact the Customer and the amount paid by the Customer will be immediately refunded to the customer.

5.2 The right to withdraw from the contract by the customer

In accordance with government decree No. 45/2014. (II.26.) On the detailed provisions of contracts concluded between Consumers and Companies, the Customer is obliged to withdraw from the contract or return the ordered product without giving any reason within 14 working days of their receipt. The customer is obliged to return the product at his own expense. The period of withdrawal from the product sales contract will expire 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you receive the product from the courier.

In any event, if the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality, size and quantity of a product and returns it to us undamaged within 14 days, the Service Provider will do everything in their power to settle the claim. With regard to hygiene risks, our premium protein products (insect flour and insect oil) are the exception and the Service Provider is only obliged to accept them in unopened, undamaged, original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to our live animal products (eggs, larvae, pupae) due to the short life cycle of the black soldier fly and due to additional hygiene risks.

In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from costs, the Customer shall not bear any costs other than the cost of returning the product. The Service Provider will immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receipt, refund the purchase price to the Customer. Within the above-mentioned period, the Customer will receive a refund, excluding delivery costs. The customer is obliged to exercise the right of withdrawal as intended, and the customer does not abuse his right of withdrawal. In the event of abuse of the right to withdraw from the contract, the Service Provider is released from the obligation to collect the product and refund the purchase price.

The service provider is obliged to refund the customer the full purchase price, provided that the returned product is unopened, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise agreed. The customer bears the costs resulting from the damage. The service provider is not responsible for the goods lost during the return delivery. The seller is under no obligation if the goods do not arrive.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to send a clear written declaration of your intention to withdraw / cancel (for example by post, fax or e-mail)

6.1. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Service Provider provides a warranty period for its products depending on the type of products.

7.1. The price and shipping method depend on the weight (including packaging) of the product and the shipping address (country).
